-Duty and Taxes-
Orders shipped outside of Canada maybe subject to customs fees, duty and/or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. As they are imposed by the destination country, we have no control over these charges.

-Undeliverable/Refused Orders-
If an international delivery is not picked up, it will not get returned to us (even if the tracking shows it has been returned), so we can not offer refunds in this case - therefore, please watch your tracking closely to see if delivery attempts have been made or if pickup at your local depot is required. If there are any strange delays, please get in contact with us promptly so we can have our shipping partner resolve it.
